When do you need to merge PDFs?
Merging is the fastest way to send separate files — proposals, invoices, attachments, or scans — as a single package. Cutting down the number of email attachments makes life easier for both you and the recipient.
If order matters, upload the smaller files first and rearrange them in the list. Checking things like moving the cover page to the top or attachments to the end before downloading saves you from redoing the process.
Things to watch for when merging
With very large or dozens of files, your device's memory can become a limiting factor; in that case it's safer to split the files into two groups and merge them separately. Encrypted PDFs aren't supported — remove the password first.
Even if page sizes differ, the tool appends pages exactly as they are. If you need a single size for printing, bring the source files to the same page size before merging for a better result.
